At ClipoLab, we believe in complete transparency. This page outlines our policies regarding service fees, project charges, and any additional costs that may apply.

1. Project Pricing

All project fees are discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Pricing is based on:

  • Scope of work
  • Project complexity
  • Delivery timeline
  • Special customization requests

Once confirmed in writing (via contract, email, or invoice), the price remains fixed unless additional services are requested.

2. Additional Services and Charges

If you request services beyond the agreed scope, additional fees may apply, such as:

  • Extra rounds of video editing or animation corrections
  • Additional video length or content not mentioned initially
  • Rush delivery requests
  • Special customization requests

Note: Any extra fees will be clearly communicated and require your approval before proceeding.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds follow our Refund Policy. If a project is cancelled midway, fees for the completed portion of the work are retained, and the balance refunded.

All fees are quoted and payable in [USD], unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Updates to Fees

ClipoLab reserves the right to update service pricing at any time. Changes will not affect ongoing projects that have already been confirmed.
